Salesforce presented new AI workflow tools called Sales GPT and Service GPT at World Tour London. These tools aim to streamline sales and service teams' workflow and improve customer engagement. Powered by Einstein GPT, Salesforce's AI solution, the new capabilities leverage real-time data within a secure ecosystem to accelerate deal closures and anticipate customer needs.

To ensure data security and compliance, Einstein GPT's trust layer protects sensitive customer data, preventing large language models from retaining it. Bill Patterson, EVP and GM of C360 applications at Salesforce emphasized the solution's unique and trusted AI capabilities with embedded security and ethical guidelines.

Salesforce plans to integrate generative AI into its other offerings, including Marketing, Commerce, Slack, Tableau, Flow, and Apex.
